Clinical Application Help Desk

Tier 1 or Tier 2 Helpdesk support with experience supporting Cerner, Meditech, or All Scripts.   • Write complex SQL queries to support expected test results

  • Ensure all test cases accurately document SW functionality
  • State in high level terms the impact of defects or changes as they relate to the system under test, system business objectives, and requirements
